SANTO FI is a clothing and apparel brand celebrating harmony in conflict, reflecting values of Beauty, Simplicity, Harmony, and Cultivation of self.

The designs are inspired by the journey of the self, woven through activities like grappling, surfing, climbing, and ideas found in early European philosophy. 

As SANTO FI began, I was invited  to collaborate with the brand's founder Esteban Galvez

 as an advisor, designer, and collaborating artist. to help bring balance and life to the look and ideas he had been working through in his sketches. 

Art for launch party Gi bag 

I was asked to translate the feeling of humility into a piece of art for a Gi bag.

I referenced a photograph of myself competing in a match where I did not finish as the winner. 

The art of jiu jitsu can provide lessons in humility beyond normal living in a  safe and contained setting, This image shows the split in expectations over reality that can come from a great match in competition.

Panel number one created as a collage in Photo shop showcases the local bands who regularly play at manly deck.

Panel two continuing this series, Working with the owner and local trades people we have been printed these images at a large scale to decorated the internal roof of the front balcony

Panel 3 shows more regular artists from the venue. You can find Me there many nights with my camera capturing these images. this series will continue and eventually cover the entire balcony at the front of the venue.
